However the whole process was made a lot easier and a lot less frustrating by dealing with a customer service rep such as Chris Mills. He made the whole experience seamless. He had excellent communication skills that one looks for in a customer service based industry. Without a doubt I would use Enterprise again as long as they had employees such as Chris.
