He proceeded to give attitude because I came and he didn’t know if tires were there I said I came because fedex or whoever shipped I got a notification and I can wait I desperately need these installed. I was lied to about wheel alignment that was “done”, I have paper receipts and everything for proof. A month later i go to my mazda dealership for a oil change and to check tires to be told that it was never done and I have been experiencing left /right movements while driving . I will never use this place again. People are rude and don’t do job fully!

Randolph kluge was the most arrogant person I have ever come in contact with in my life at Lakewood Mr.tire...I will however say the mechanics are standup....
