They were organized and clearly take pride in what they do. However, the assistant manager’s behavior was unprofessional. I overheard him ask “what’s that guy want” and when he approached, his tone and body language were aggressive and dismissive as if I was an inconvenience for arriving early (during a storm rush) to help the team stay ahead. I remained calm and respectful, but no customer should be made to feel dumb for simply showing up for scheduled service. If leadership matched the technicians, this would be a 5-star location. The tech team is carrying the customer experience.
