I have been renting from enterprise for several months and find it disheartening how representative Joel has spoken to me with regard to an extension of the vehicle. He is extremely rude and speaks condescending towards customers. I was supposed to return the vehicle on a Wednesday and did not update online as I normally update. Fast forward, he called me the next day and debited money from my account without my knowledge. I always pay for the vehicle and extend it. I called him back within 15 minutes and said I’m extending for 7 days. I will update on line. He already extended for 2 days out charging me an extra $35. That is stealing. He said he could not get in touch with me which is a complete lie. I called him back immediately. He should not be working in his role. He’s rude and disrespectful.

Thank you Chris and Jesse as well as Tom, you guys have what to be proud of! From your outstanding service, the spotless cars, and the friendly attitude, your location is the BEST!! You guys were thoughtful enough to put in a snow cleaner in the car... I can't wait to be back! I give this location 12 out of 10 on everything! Keep up the good work! The guys behind the counter are just great, they went out if their way for me on my recent rental of Feb 2nd. Although it was at the end of the day Hunter was still patient in finding a solution, even calling Management to transfer my reservation from another location (that location didn't have my vehicle size). Keep up the good work! You are the reason I rent from Enterprise!
