- DSD. Dos Santos2 days ago1.0I rented a car on 12/26 for 3 days and this was the dirtiest car have ever been given as a rental. I’m not going to complain about the service as the representative did his best to get folks in and out with what appeared to be a busy rental day. However, I would give this rating zero stars if I could as I was given a Hyundai Elantra with stained seats front and back and it was clear the vehicle had not been cleaned as the carpets were dirty too and the entire car felt sticky. It was embarrassing having my family enter a very dirty car that weekend. This is now the 3rd time I’ve rented with Enterprise in multiple states off airport and this is seems to be their business plan….putting customers in dirty cars. I’m done with Enterprise for good!!! I will gladly use Hertz or Avis from here on out. Although service is not the best, price may be a bit higher but one thing is certain, they always give me a brand new, clean car.
