  I have traveled extensively for business for over 40 years, domestically and internationally, up to 150,000 miles annually. I have rented more vehicles than I can count. I was a fan of Enterprise for both my business and personal car rental needs. They were a preferred rental company. Then I met the team at Lakewood Enterprise. My insurance company made a reservation there weeks in advance, since it was local to the body shop my hail damaged truck would be at for a couple of weeks. Yes, I needed a pickup rental. I personally went to the Lakewood Enterprise 4 days before the rental to confirm my reservation, asking if I could choose the model truck while I’m there. I was told that the inventory for that day was unknown. I left saying I would be there, midday on Monday. Called from the body shop and got put on hold. After 10 minutes, it cycled to a central operator who inquired on my needs. I told her I was calling to inform the Lakewood branch I was ready to be picked up for my reservation. She looked it up and confirmed it to me, along with having all the information on my vehicle that was being repaired. She said she would send me back to the Lakewood branch. Another 10 minutes and finally a person at the branch answered. I ready to have you pick me up for my reservation I stated. The young man I the phone confirmed my reservation and said there are no pickup trucks but they do have vehicles. I simply said pick me up and we’ll have the conversation at the branch. It is only .4 miles away and with phone time took 45 minutes to get me there. Once there, I immediately looked at the rack of 6 business cards for one with Manager on it, all six said trainees. When I complained about the time to pick up the phone and me, the answer was we are busy. When I shared that I had stopped in just days before and confirmed it, he said that reservations are not guaranteed, but they do have cars. I said I need a pickup truck and that is what was reserved. He said you can go online and reserve a Lamborghini from us but it doesn’t mean we will have one. Frustrated after another hour passed, I left in a Hyundai with the understanding that in a day or two a pickup would be available. I called on Thursday and they claimed there were still none available and was told I should call back later. I called the central number explaining the situation and the gentleman said he was writing an email to the regional supervisor and I would hear from him. Two days go by and I go online to the customer service chat and was told that the information was forwarded to a supervisor and they would get in touch with me. Still nothing….. The Lakewood branch is full of irresponsible and smug trainees. They take the busy nature of the location out on the customers. They give snarky answers that should get them fired. The lack of supervisory oversight by Enterprise is disappointing.

  Enterprise is quick if the customer brings all documents required . The staff is quick and very professional . They also has nice cars . It is my favorite rental car service .

  The gentleman was excellent took care of cleaning the car took time to explain everything, very courteous. Gave me a choice of a car, that fit my needs.

  I had the best experience ever. I had to keep the car past the insurance payment but the charge was very reasonable. Everyone who works there was just great. I would definitely use Enterprise again

  Ive used Enterprise before, This location is by far the worst and make me rethink ever using enterprise again. I still have not received a receipt and its been over a week, and I also didn't receive my full security deposit back after being told I would. Ive called the location multiple times and cant even get through to speak to someone. I got through to management and asked for a call back. Its been days and nobody has followed up. Absolutely the worst not even 1 star.
