- DRDesiree RameyDec 6, 20241.0Do NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE PEOPLE! They sent me 1/2 of a wing for my NV2500. I called them because when I held it up, it was too short left to right. They told me to send a picture, I lightly put the bolts in just enough to provide them with a picture. Then they told me I installed it upside down! I told them it came with no instructions, they sent me instructions. The instructions showed that I was positioned correctly. Then I told them I needed a refund since they product isn't the correct width. They literally told me that it could NOT be refunded since it was installed! It's not installed! Don't tell me to send a picture to show you what I am telling you, then tell merI installed it. There isn't even a mark on it! GARBAGE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Take your fleet somewhere else as we obviously will be doing! Calling BBB next!
