  If i could put lower i would. I needed a car because of a deer collision. They told me they could give me a luxary vehicle for a couple days max and i didn't have to pay much. Followed up the next two days and was still waiting because when i called they didn't have one. They could check their phone records and see how many times i called and repeatedly was told they didnt have it yet. I waited because that were supposed to tell me when they had a vehicle avaliable and every time i called they said they were waiting. Now they want $250 i don't have when i am struggling with bills. Extremely disappointed and would never use them again and trying to let insurance know. Now i can't work... have no car, and can't pay bills. Great! Its also feels like ten degrees outside and now I'm stranded here. Picture of my stuff right outside the place and they're about to close. Wish i got the name of the person who was "supposed" to help me today because i have no kind words for him. Didn't get a text that i could finally change vehicle until 1/21 and told them that i would be in on the 23rd to grab it because i couldn't get there in the 22nd. That's literally the only day that i couldn't get it too. i only live about 20 minutes away driving so this location would have been more convenient but I'll use another car rental company or location at the very least. No emails. No calls. No texts. And is my fault even though every time i called for 3 days they told me they didn't have one. The records and lack of records (no email, text, call) will prove it. i feel extremely disrespected by them. Will let insurance know as well. Guy today also told me they had it since Saturday after i rented the vehicle but i don't get a call text or email until the 21st about it? That's not service. They prob didn't care either because insurance was supposed to be covering my rental.

  The customer service at the Lafayette NJ location is excellent. They go above and beyond to make sure you are completely satisfied with your rental car and the entire transaction. I am a repeat customer, and have recommended Enterprise to friends and family.
