- BHBrooke Hoover1 day ago5.0Holly and the Mavis Keyport team totally saved us today. En route to a friend's memorial, while parallel parking downtown, a car drove by and struck our tire (only!) and made a huge gash. Holly and the team got us in super quickly, changed the tire and we were in and out in under 35 minutes (and we made it to the memorial on time, thanks to Mavis). They were kind and efficient. It seemed other repeat happy customers were also in the waiting room. Highly recommend.
- AWAmanda Welch3 days ago5.0This is my second review im giving Mavis in keyport….. i have been helped above a beyond by Jay…hes doing everything he can to make sure all the work done to my car is 100% …I totally appreciate all he has done … hes an awesome mechanic and totally a genuine person!! Nothing much but good experiences with him and every one at the Mavis in keyport! I totally trust all work done to my car and that my car will be safe and sound to drive out due to his hard work and great communication with me!!!! Thanks Jay!!!! U are the best!!!
- CNC N4 days ago5.0I took my car in for a flat tire and the entire staff was extremely friendly. Holly made sure she explained all the pricing and got exactly what was right for me. They were all very knowledgeable and service was done quickly. I've been coming to this tire shop for several years and have always walked out happy. I will say though that the one thing that concerned me was the waiting room. There was a giant hole in the ceiling from what looked to be a flood. I don't think customers should be exposed to what could be mold and loose wires. I wouldn't want the staff to be exposed to that either, God forbid they get mold exposure and become sick or your customers get sick! I hope when I come back to get my other tires replaced this summer the issue has been taken care of. Thank you to the staff at Mavis for being excellent! 10/10 service as always.
- DHdarci harrisApr 4, 20265.0Honest mechanics. Hand issue with tire tite lock. They told.me would cost around 80 bucks to replace the lugs. But they said the tire doesn't look like it has a leak or damage. Check with my regular mechanicabout on the lock. They put air in all of them. Any issues come back and now I know the price to start. They didn't charge me.
- DNdavid nelsonApr 3, 20265.0I had an absolute amazing experience at Mavis of Keyport. I pulled in without an appointment needing an oil change and I was leaving for vacation in the morning. Holly at the front desk was great at communicating and talking over my options. She was also great communicating with Gene who is very involved with customers and they all worked as a team to get me in and out promptly and satisfied. I will definitely be back for future services.
