I’ve been coming here for years, partly because of the manager, Bob, who always takes great care of customers and runs an honest, professional team. Today was another example of why I keep coming back — even when a customer came in upset, the staff handled it with professionalism, patience, and genuine care. They apologized, tried to fix the issue, and stayed calm the entire time. I even tried to step in to help, but the customer was set on his viewpoint and kept telling everyone not to come here. I know that’s not true because my experience has always been stellar. They never try to push unnecessary services — they simply explain what’s going on and let you decide. Today, the additional work they recommended actually made sense, and I appreciated that transparency. They also shared a great promotion: if I opened a Mavis credit card, I could get a $100 gift card and put today’s work on the card with zero interest, which helped since I ended up getting more done than planned. Huge thanks to J, Jean, and Bob for their kindness, honesty, and exceptional customer service.
