  Long story short, my son got his soccer bag caught up in my wheel well. I was able to get the wheel off, bag out, and wheel back on in the driveway. However, I wanted to make sure that the lug nuts were tight enough, came through here at about 4 o'clock in the afternoon, explained the situation and these kind folks helped me out!! Thank yewww all!!

  Jay is FANTASTIC!!! So 1st time calling, Holly answered and was super sweet/helpful which made me feel better as I was sitting on the side of the road waiting on a tow. When I got here Jay helped me immediately so I wasn't waiting long at all. His optimistic attitude definitely made this bad situation much easier to digest, he was very nice AND he was able to plug the hole in my tire, which the screw was so big I didnt think he was going to be able to fix it, but he did! Not only that but he did it super fast so I can finally go home. 5 stars all around to this whole shop, they are quick, friendly and very fair priced!

From the very first phone call he answered right away, was extremely friendly, and took the time to give me a clear and fair quote. No games, no pressure—just straightforward and professional service. What really stood out is that Jay personally worked on my car and made sure everything was done right. When I picked up the car, I mentioned that one of my tires had been slowly losing air. Without hesitation he checked it, found a nail in the tire, and fixed it immediately—free of charge. That level of honesty and customer care is rare these days. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work. Fair pricing, great communication, and excellent service. I highly recommend Jay to anyone who wants a mechanic they can actually trust.

I came in last minute with a highly important repair that absolutely couldn’t wait, and the team went above and beyond to take care of me. From the moment I walked in, Holly at the front desk was warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. She made a stressful situation feel manageable and kept everything running smoothly. The two gentlemen and young lady working in the garage were efficient, knowledgeable, and clearly take pride in what they do. They got the job done quickly without cutting any corners. Everyone on the team was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and truly committed to great customer service.   Came to Mavis Keyport as a new customer for a tire issue and worked with Holly, Morgan, and Gene. All three were extremely kind and professional, and gave individualized attention even though the shop was extremely busy. They took the time to go over my options with me and were transparent about the services needed, recommendations, and pricing. Holly also kept me posted on the work being completed and timeline, and went out of her way to make this a pleasant experience. I’m very grateful to the Mavis Keystone team and will definitely be returning!
