    Very dissatisfied with the service for the rental at the Kearny location. The young guy at the front desk must hate his job, he literally looked miserable, he was very unpleasant to talk to and very rude. Penske needs to send that guy to take some customer service classes! The truck I rented was disgusting, I can’t believe they don’t have the courtesy to clean the units before renting them - see pictures attached- I give the one star to the rental process - now you get a link on your phone, scan your license and you are good to go- it was the only thing I was satisfied with. I have used the rental service at the Allentown, PA and Bethlehem, PA location and they are so much better, I highly suggest making the trip to either of those two locations if you need a rental.
