I drove across the parking lot to Autozone for someone to hopefully look at it. Gabe helped me, he was very nice and reassuring that we would figure out the problem. We figured out that the battery needed to be replaced. I’m so thankful he was there, I’ve never had to change a car battery before so I had no clue what to do. Gabe helped with the whole process I’m so thankful he was there to help and went above and beyond to make sure he helped me.

Age doesnt matter to be in any position but the new manager is ridiculous. Times I have been there, there are long lines and we ask if there is anyone else to help just to find out she is in the back. She has been seen in aisles “working” and she is just on her phone watching things on her phone. All these reviews saying she is amazing are just laughable because I have seen how she treats customers. She has an attitude for no reason. I have good friends that also go there and they dont like dealing with her. When she is there theh just leasve. That is so sad because never had an experience like this before in that autozone. Yall really need to make sure yall hire good people and not just anyone. I see that autozone doomed and closed down if she is still around. Smh just sad
