  The laz team gave our Tesla card to someone and we got different card and it is not working tooo unsatisfied work 😕😕😕😕😞 waste of time for us waited for 2 hours to get our car

  Ronald made this parking experience amazing. He was polite courteous respectful and very well spoken. He went above and beyond to make me feel special. Thank u for that he deserves a raise

  I needed parking in a pinch the other day - Ronald, Branda, and Rafeal were a huge help and kept my car while I ran to a 10 minute appointment. They had me in and out quickly and had great customer service! Would go to this garage again!

  I never leave poor reviews for businesses however this garage is run so terribly that it warrants public notice. I have parked with this location three times and each time there were issues. The parking attendants have no idea which cars belong to customers, despite having a text system with number identification that is supposed to match up with the tags they leave on your car. Each time I have parked with this location they bought up incorrect vehicles. The attendants are also rude to the point that it’s almost comical. Have no remorse for causing you to wait 15 minutes plus to even check your car in, or cause a similar wait time to pick up. Never parking with them again, and others should avoid if possible.
