- KDKhushbu DesaiMar 27, 20261.0Horrible service guy was very rude - CHAD not wanna help out at all - wouldn’t give the vehicle that’s reserved they called right away after car insurance company sent out a reservation to get the money but when you go to pick up they would say you would have to pay the difference as they have large vehicles , not having a vehicle is there problem not mine and they should be accommodating, no pick up or drop off service on this location . Worse customer service ever experienced , been using enterprise for 6 years never use it again thanks to CHAD LANDOW
