  Document and report everything before you start the engine. Transponder was missing in my rental, even though I payed for it, decided not to dispute because I had to pick my son from surgery. After returning a car I got a claim from someone else’s tolls, and they are mocking me via phone, WhatsApp and email. Today they charged almost 100$ from my card for tolls I do not make. Toll report says I drove more than 100 miles, while in return report it says only 40, they don’t care Save your nerves.

  This is my first time renting from Sixth... Horrible experience with. After the rental they send me the damage report. I provide all the videos and photos 3 times now and they are still couldn't resolve the issue. Do not rent any car without taking photo or video... Never renting from here again.

  Andrea went above and beyond getting us a new Subaru Outback to help us with our furniture on a recent IKEA trip. She was super kind at the mall and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Appreciate the help!

  I canceled my one day reservation a full week in advance and was still charged the price of the entire booking as a fee.

  Honestly SIXT always has some issue as I have had a buisness long term rental from them for months. The first month I went to get a new reservation and when I got there there were no cars... next reservation system was down. It's true about the dirty car.. all cars given to me were so dirty that I had to now spend money and wash them as soon as I got home. Lastly I have been calling about ezpass charges ( over 300 which they charged some fee) that I paid for through my ezpass account during my rental and all they do is bounce me all over the place I was on the phone for 40 mins. Honestly I agree with other reviews they are scammed because why is it so hard to get to the right department?
