A 3 level parking garage boasting 3,650 parking spaces, 5 entrances (two entrance lanes on the roof and three entrance lanes on the garage level 1), 11 exits ( three on level 2 and eight on level 1) and 8 POF’s (pay-on-foot pay stations). This is a paid parking garage which allows patrons to pay on their own with little assist from the staff. In the event that a patron has a problem we have call buttons on every devices and 1 to 2 booths at each exit for assistants.
Newport Centre is a retail complex and the primary focus of the facility is to serve the retail patron. Additionally, the parking facility serves neighboring office, hotels, unrelated retail and residential developments. Monthly parking rates are also available.

- KFKen FNov 11, 20255.0I park here all the time and it seems fine. There are definitely cars that have been parked here forever as evidenced by the dust. I've heard of break-ins and damage, but I've never had any issues. Hoping this remains true.
- DODevin O'ConnorNov 10, 20251.0If you're looking for monthly parking, this is the cheapest garage in town for a reason. The owner and I got into an incredibly dumb argument because I paid my second month's rent three days late. He charged me a $50 late fee and cancelled my parking pass. He made getting the replacement pass so difficult that I just cancelled the second month altogether, and he refuses to issue a full refund. My car was also constantly filthy because there was so much dust in the garage from ongoing construction. If you care at all about your car, look elsewhere.
- DFDaniele FraticelliAug 25, 20251.0Prepaid parking QR Code didn't work two days in a row. Shows as "Invalid". Both email and App version of the QR Code did not work. Had to take ticket and state case on exit as the inward barrier's Help call button did not work either. To add to the confusion, an enquiry via the Pay Station Help call button had the lady give exactly the opposite instructions to what was on the email and app validation. Eg we were told to take ticket and scan QR Code on exit. That didn't work either.
