The concept of appointment is to accommodate you within the scheduled time , not 2 hrs. later. That's very unprofessional and wasteful. Whoever is in charge need to revisit the the time management and implement the better service. As a costumer, I can care less there is only 1 mechanic, schedule more staff if you know there is plenty of appointments ahead. I will not go back. Completely wasted my time and money. They act like there's only 1 tire place location in entire NJ. Shame on you.

He explains everything in the simplest terms for everyone to understand exactly what is needed to return your vehicle back to almost factory condition. In this day and age other repairs centers are very expensive but Mr Greg always work out a package that is affordable to fit my needs. His prices are always more affordable than the car dealerships. I have been dealing with him for years and he has never disappointed me. He always treat me like family. That is the reason I always come back to Mavis Jersey City in the Hudson Mall.
