While this is important as a long-time tenant, what's most important and notable are the two essentials: > First, the location of the marina is directly on the Hudson, across from the southern tip of Manhattan, and is in the former Morris Canal. It's extremely well-protected from wakes and foul weather. I have successfully survived Hurricane Sandy and other notable storms without a scratch. > Second and most important, the quality of the management team is fantastic. A nice location with nice folks makes a perfect combo. Noteworthy examples are Margaret D'Angelo in the main office, Dan Cordano, the general manager, and Peter Vassilatos in the service department.

We took the ferry over to NYC and went to a few of the spots Melissa recommended to us. She was very knowledgeable. We will definitely be back to visit again.
