  VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I had an extremely disappointing experience at Laz Parking Lot in Journal Square today, despite being a regular customer. After driving an hour and a half in rainy weather, I arrived to find the lot displaying its usual “FULL” sign, which, as stated on the signage, means customers should wait behind the line until the sign is removed. As this has worked in the past, I followed the posted instructions, only to be yelled at by a staff member who rudely demanded that we leave. When I tried to calmly explain that we were following the procedure outlined by their own signage, she aggressively insisted we couldn’t wait there, claiming the area was an exit (which it is not). Her behavior was unprofessional and dismissive, refusing to even consider our explanation. What made the situation worse was her insistence that the lot wouldn’t open until 11:30 a.m., despite our arrival around 10:00-10:30 a.m., leaving us stranded with no clarity or resolution. Hoping to clear any misunderstandings, I got out of the car to speak with her directly, only to be met with further hostility and complete disregard for basic customer service. Being treated like trash despite my patience and regular patronage was both frustrating and disheartening. Such behavior is unacceptable and does not reflect the level of service one expects from a professional parking facility.

  Rude man kept us trapped in the gate after finding out there were no handicap parking we could get my grandma out at, then this man proceeds to yell at us to pay $8 just to find out there was no parking
