  I just wanted to echo the other reviews. This valet team needs to work on better communication and execution. I was told it typically takes 20 minutes to get your car, ended up taking an hour. I spoke to them numerous times and they promised they would have the next person get my car while I watched multiple employees leave without my keys in the meantime. I’m not expecting special treatment but there’s no need to lie to my face and disrespect me in such a way, why not just apologize and tell me the truth? Great way to ruin an otherwise nice weekend. I try and be thoughtful by requesting my car only when I need it based on what they tell me as the amount of time to expect. Given how unreliable this garage is I would recommend just requesting your car at least an hour before departure and let them deal with the backlog.

  If I could choose zero stars I would. Workers continued to give excuses as to why our cars were taking so long to get and didn’t seem to care at all. Took over an hour to get our car. Will never park here ever again!

  When we were trying to leave the hotel we waited over an hour to get our car. We were told the cars get picked up in the order of a queue, however, we saw people who requested their cars after us who got their cars before us. Here are the reasons they told us as to why we were waiting so long: 1. there was a wedding today 2. they were getting the car from the garage. In the end we were told that it was the driver’s first time driving this type of EV which is what took so long. However, if the driver was having trouble, I would have appreciated if he communicated that to the other valet drivers/staff so we wouldn’t be waiting in anticipation for over an hour. Overall, we are patient people but I am very disappointed in the > hour long wait and especially the lack of communication.

  Somehow these people don’t know when 10 blocks around them will be blocked off for a road race. Either incompetent or don’t want to tell paying customers so they can steal their money. No discount offered when we had to walk half a mile for the car, what’s the point of valet if they can’t bring it to you? Not worth $54 just park yourself and walk over.

  City View was as expected. Neat to wake up and look out at the river, boats, ships, skyline. Night visual was even more spectacular. A living post card.
