  STAY AWAY AT ALL COST! I'm only offering a one star to submit the review, otherwise it would be a negative. We recently utilized the valet service within the Hyatt Regency hotel. What was meant to be an enjoyable girls weekend quickly went south. The valet lost our key to our rental, and we were stranded for hours without getting any real assistance. The employees were clearly impaired with a substance, the manger Alex Rodriguez was nonresponsive to calls initially and when he did response, he was blaming an employee that was not on the clock at the time of check in. I filed a police reported and I facilitated transportation to the airport to retrieve a new rental and made the trek back to the hotel to gather the rest of my party. Alex, had offered to Uber us back to Pittsburgh, which I declined. He offered to pay for any expenses for this incident, however has been nonresponsive to my calls. I had personal belongings in the vehicle which their insurance should cover again no response from Alex. I will be disputing the valet charge of $108 on my credit card and filing suit against this company for the mental distress this has caused our party. Let me add that two other guest had issues with the service while we were there. This is truly unacceptable.
