Once we were quoted and knew we’d go through a warranty claim, the price increased which nothing was quoted on paper yet before hand so be it. That pushed the whole day down the drain; so the next working business day by morning everything was already approved. Then it was clear- the labor price for the job instead of by hour, meant we lost that day too. Not just that, our truck was left running the entire time until released (we could check on it as we got anxious to leave, not sure when we’d get out of there or what was going on). After finally checking out, our deductible was attached to a new charge not on the original quote for the warranty which by now I just wanted to leave and didn’t bother mentioning the extra $150 out of pocket charge. So there ya go, happy at first, frustrated after. Not too sure how the work holds up yet.
