I came from Brooklyn to Jersey City, picked up the car, and drove to Washington, where I returned it by 6 PM. Rog was on the phone with a customer when I arrived. His compassion with the customer in need was evident in his side of the conversation. I rent a car 1 week out of every month. Seems silly to me they would rather lose $500-600 a month in repeatable revenue than fix a simple mistake but that’s the choice they made. Insult to injury I tried for 3 days to get someone at the local branch to answer a call. When they finally did, they couldn’t be bothered. I’ll take my business elsewhere and give the $600 a month to one of their competitors.
