    I rent from them every week to commute to my office. I lost my earphones case in the car one week and it was collected and safely stored by Ms. Brandy and I was able to collect it the next week.

    1/3/26 Update: Contacted the customer service as I was asked to do so by the company. They took the report and handed it to the JC branch. JC Enterprise called me, asking about my experience with the rental car. They heard it and took $20 off from $49 rental bill. 5 stars back to my go-to rental car location. It’s a decent Enterprise branch location, accepting after-hour returns - which is hard to find around Jersey city. I rented cars few times here. Previous experience was great, but today I got a nasty rental car. Outer appearance was okay-ish with some scratches here and there, but the inside of the car was so nasty with so many stains. The heat/ac screen was partially broken. Smell was strange. Engine was making weird sound when running on highway. Better let go of this car. I rented this nasty car(toyota Corolla LE dar blue color) today for my snowboard trip and was planning to wash my clothes afterwards so didn’t care much of hygene of the car. But if it was for other occasion, I’d have def requested to change the car. The rental car experience was always great with this branch untill today. Hope I don’t get to see this condition next time. Other than this, it’s the best rental car company in JC.
