    I’m very disappointed with the service I received from Enterprise. My reservation was sent to the Jersey City Communipaw branch, which had no suitable vehicles available, and I was then sent to the Bayonne branch, also with no vehicles. It’s unacceptable that two nearby locations couldn’t fulfill a standard insurance rental. Other branches, like the Wayne location, operate much more efficiently with better communication and customer care. If Enterprise can’t meet inventory demands, upgrade fees should be waived instead of placing the burden on customers. Enterprise needs to review its Hudson County operations to ensure consistent, transparent, and fair service across all locations.

    This Enterprise location on Communipaw Avenue in Jersey City truly deserves more than five stars for its exceptional customer service. I rented a car from this location about three weeks ago and was immediately greeted with warmth and professionalism by Chad, Shawn, and another gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding. Shawn was incredibly kind and patient when I picked up my rental. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly, walked me around the vehicle for inspection, and ensured I felt completely comfortable before driving off the lot. Chad went above and beyond when I returned the car. His positive attitude and genuine kindness made the drop-off process smooth and stress-free. The third team member also deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. The day before my rental, I had accidentally reserved two vehicles and had several questions that he addressed with great professionalism. He even assisted me over the phone when an oil change light came on while I was out of state, helping to calm my nerves and resolve the issue quickly. (Yes, I panicked.) This location has truly set the bar high when it comes to customer care. The staff consistently demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to excellence. Kudos to Enterprise for having such dedicated and personable employees representing this branch. They absolutely deserve recognition (and a big fat raise)!

    Every time I visit this location, the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming, and the customer service is outstanding. The representative always greets me with a smile and great energy. As a District Manager, I truly value the level of integrity and professionalism she displays — it goes far beyond simply issuing vehicles. Most importantly, she listens carefully to my needs and ensures everything runs smoothly. Since I often travel between Washington and jersey city , the convenience of this location is a huge plus. Definitely a 5-star experience — highly recommend!

    Enterprise has really stepped up their game and I was very happy with the service we got especially cause our car was in the shop. We were set up for a smaller car but our car us a van so they helped get a van and we were given a 2024 Chrysler Pacific and it was really nice and comfortable. They made it to be such a stress free situation and we are very grateful.

    This is probably the most unreliable enterprise I have ever seen in my life. You rent their cars and smells like smoke. The customer service is some of the worst you can ever imagine. Don’t even “reserve” a car and think you’ll have it. I got there and the car was rented after me I reserved prior to coming. Not good service, rude and not a welcoming environment. Whoever the region manger is needs to get this squared away.
