  I had an absolutely exceptional experience at the Enterprise Rent-A-Car location on Communipaw in Jersey City. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff made me feel welcomed and valued. What truly sets this location apart is their teamwork. Every team member works seamlessly together , professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to providing top-tier customer service. There was no confusion, no delays, just smooth coordination and a positive atmosphere. It’s clear that they support one another and take pride in what they do. The process was efficient, transparent, and stress-free. They answered all my questions, ensured I was comfortable with the vehicle, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect before I left the lot.   Extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise. I was told there was no car available to swap, which is very hard to believe for a major car rental company. The lack of options and flexibility was frustrating and inconvenient. Poor communication and unreliable service made what should have been a simple rental unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.

  Jose was incredibly helpful and professional, making the entire rental experience smooth and stress-free. The transaction was quick and efficient, and my car was ready right when I arrived. Returning the vehicle was just as easy and pleasant as the pickup. Thanks to Jose’s outstanding service, I would absolutely recommend this Enterprise location.

  The staff is rude and upselling and only nice when there is a man to speak to them on the phone. Would not recommend going to this location. They gave me a car with a sensory warning that keeps flashing and didnt try to fix it and knew about it before I took the car and I had to call them back to let them know to avoid then trying to blame me.
