GUILLERMO ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ + 👍👍+ 🙏…Outstanding Service at AutoZone – Communipaw Ave, Jersey City, NJ
I recently visited the AutoZone on Communipaw Avenue in Jersey City after experiencing battery issues with my Jeep. From the moment I walked in, Guillermo’s confidence and professionalism were immediately apparent, not only in how he assisted customers, but also in the way he supported his fellow team members. He quickly recognized my concern about my vehicle’s reliability and stepped in with genuine care.
After listening to my description, Guillermo investigated and discovered that the battery previously installed in my Jeep was not the correct power size, which explained its short lifespan. His expertise was clear: he patiently broke down the issue in terms I could easily understand, offered straightforward recommendations, and then installed the proper battery with impressive speed and precision. He reassured me that with the correct battery, my Jeep would be reliable again, and I left with complete peace of mind.
What truly set Guillermo apart was not just his technical skill, but his professionalism, patience, and empathy. He understood my anxiety about the possibility of being stranded and treated the situation with the seriousness it deserved. At the same time, his great sense of humor and genuine laugh transformed what could have been a stressful experience into a surprisingly pleasant one.
Guillermo represents the very best of AutoZone and the automotive service profession. He is knowledgeable, efficient, and customer-focused, with a personal touch that builds lasting trust. Because of his outstanding service, I left not only with a reliable vehicle, but also with renewed confidence in AutoZone as a company.
A personal message to Guillermo: I’ll be honking my horn every time I pass by AutoZone. So if you hear three honks, Guillermo, that’s me, thanking you once again!

The Headlight Was Low On My Car. Went To My Appointment With The Dealership(1st/last mistake). They Told Me The Price For The Bulb And Labor, I Left. Went To Auto Zone And Met The Nice Guy Yesterday Morning. I Think His Name Was Kenny.
I Told Him I Was Going To Write A Review About Him Bc I Appreciate The Fact That He Didn’t Try To Take Advantage Of Me As A Customer Being A Woman. I Know About Cars/Car Parts. I Expressed The Issue And He Took Care Of It Right Away! He Was Patient And Polite, Which I Appreciate And The Price For Just The Part And His Labor Was Done Efficiently.
Thanks So Much!
