  Ricky and the team at the Jackson location have been great to me each and every time I've needed a rental, most recently while my car was being repaired and the dealership needed to keep my car longer and longer they made extending the rental stress free during a very stressful time. Fantastic customer service

  We were traveling out of state in order to bury my father-in-law. Ricky was very compassionate and kind after finding out the fail in getting us the vehicle that we reserved a week and a half prior. And that was greatly appreciated. But, Denise, who we initially dealt with was very apathetic and will make me wonder if I want to rent from Enterprise on a regular basis. If I do, it will most certainly not be at this location. Message to Ricky, your fellow employees, at least this one, do not carry the same care for your customers as you do, and that is disheartening. Thank you for your sympathy and empathy.

  Ricky, the owner, is the best!!! He went way out of his way to help me and my daughter get a bigger car to drive to naples florida. He got us a jeep wagoneer which was perfect. The best experience we ever had. If you need a rent a car, THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO! thank you!

  So far this is one of the worst enterprise locations you can trust. I booked pickup truck for 3 days prior to the snow storm when i went there to pickup they said they don't have trucks and I will get AWD SUV for the same rate but I have to wait until some cars be returned so i waited 1.5 hours and then they wanted to charge me 30$ extra a night or they gave me regular SUV after negotiating and because it was already 5 pm on Friday night i agreed i had to pay 10$ extra for every night . The worst part is they tricked me by asking for extra proof of address so they requested my insurance info (I WAS ALREADY PURCHASED DAMAGE WAIVER) that's how you know people are going to play games!! As a result i felt unsecured and returned the car next morning with 13 miles on it only back and forth to my house costing me 94$ . I ve been renting with enterprise for years and never had such awful experience.
