To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to provide feedback regarding a recent visit to your AutoZone location in Irvington.
Upon entering the store, I sought assistance regarding parts needed for my vehicle. I approached an employee, Diane, whom I understand to be the manager. Unfortunately, her demeanor was unprofessional. She appeared impatient, dismissive, and unwilling to provide adequate assistance, which left me feeling uncomfortable as a customer. Each inquiry I made was met with short responses, and I ultimately decided to look for items on my own.
During this time, a staff member named Samir, who I believe is one of your drivers, kindly offered his assistance. He was courteous, patient, and attentive in helping me locate the necessary parts. His professionalism and customer service were greatly appreciated and reflect positively on your organization.
While he was assisting me, however, I witnessed Diane addressing him in an aggressive and disrespectful tone in front of customers. This behavior was not only unprofessional but also created a negative atmosphere within the store. In my view, such conduct is not reflective of the standards expected of a manager and suggests that further leadership and management training may be necessary.
I sincerely appreciate the service provided by Samir, but I believe it is important to bring these concerns to your attention to ensure a more positive experience for future customers.

I had a very pleasant interaction with Jean. I was having an issue with my key fob battery and I also needed a diagnostic reading because my check engine light was on. Although he told me that he wasn't allowed to physically change or open key fob he took an extra step to play a video and guide me along the way. He was able to run a scan on my battery and assist me with getting my key fob working. He was very knowledgeable, courteous and took the time out to help me.
