  I am soo very pleased with the service at autozone at 514 lyons ave Irvington nj. I had a difficult problem with my f150 and tecnician Devine and manager Q Jones worked extra hard to resolve my truck issue. I am very grateful to them.. They were very knowledgeable and also very patient with me. Also the price wasn't as high as others quoted me. Thank you so much.

  I don’t usually take the time to write reviews, but after my experience today, I felt like I had to. Quil, the manager here, went above and beyond to help me when I was honestly convinced my car was done for. I live a few minutes away & from the moment I walked in, the store was extremely busy, yet he handled everything with impressive speed! I watched him assist customer after customer, getting everyone in and out within minutes. It was almost 12 people in the line, we all were out in about 4-5 mins max! The ability to multitask helping us & still helped one of his teammates without sacrificing the quality of customer service is a skill! Even with the rush, Not only did he help me find the right battery, installed it for me on the spot, he went the extra mile and checked my oil bc of the symptoms I was describing. Lo and behold EMPTY! We found the right oil & he filled that as well, even recommended a mechanic shop I can go to. What started as a stressful situation turned into a huge relief, my engine would have been blown. I’m incredibly grateful for his help. AutoZone is lucky to have someone like him leading their team. Give this guy a raise! Recommend this location, ask for Quil if you can!

  Earlier during the week my car started sputtering but I had class later during the day so before I went I decided to have my battery checked. Went to AutoZone, I was told my battery was bad but I needed to get to class within the hour, which I told the employee that was helping me. Within 5 minutes of buying the battery, he changed it and I was on my way. So I’m really grateful to him for helping me out that day.
