Made me feel welcome, cracked some jokes and had me in and out in a timely manner which I was grateful for considering the shop was supposed to close in an hour. Good location!

Not only did they match the price for my tires, but he also replaced two of the valve caps that weren’t working properly and didn’t charge me for them. He also noticed that a previous job done at another Mavis location wasn’t done correctly. He took the time to show me the issues with my old tires and explain everything clearly. Because of that situation, he even gave me a discount, which I truly appreciated. His honesty and professionalism really stood out. The young man at the front desk was also very kind and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The whole experience was friendly, professional, and transparent. I’m very grateful for the excellent service and highly recommend this location. Thank you, Adam, and the team for doing such a great job!

My previous visit here was not as pleasant as this one today they are exceptionally friendly and helpful… You need to have good managers ,friendly, calm counter help when you walk into a business . He fixed it for me immediately then I asked how much he stated don’t worry about it just gives a good review. I truly appreciate the service he provided me. I gave him a tip which he really deserved. He was so cool and nice about the job he did for me a couple of other places told me come back later but he did it immediately so he deserved the tip I gave him. I will now be a Mavis customer. I usually go to the dealership to have my car serviced. However, my relatives and friends said I should try the Mavis company. So I did. I have to admit that I was pleasantly surprised because the staff was excellent. They took me right on time and I did not have to wait around. The technician was very professional and explained the work to me in terms that was easy to understand. The waiting room was very clean and it had fully stocked vending machines, a TV, plenty of magazines, and ample seating. Also, in the waiting room was a small area for young children to play. The price for my services was very competitive. I was completely satisfied with the work that was done. I will definitely come here again. Kudos to all of the great staff. A special shout out to my relatives and friends for recommending Mavis Discount Tires of Howell, New Jersey.
