Very responsive very helpful very genuine. 👏 amazing 👏
- JCJoe CamachoNov 14, 20251.0I’ve never felt more obligated in my life to leave a review, but shame on me…I’ve been told to avoid this place by family, friends and I still went ahead and booked an appt for alignment. BEST way to waste 5 hours, and be told in between that “it’s just a big car, takes time as you should understand” for them to look at my truck for 45mins, IN TOTAL!! and told that I won’t be able to get my truck aligned and that I should leave it over night.. I honestly have no idea what they could’ve done with my truck on that lift for that long.. but I don’t trust it, I wouldn’t recommend Mavis to anybody I know, or even to my worst enemy.. highly disadvise… I was able to get out of there without paying anything which honestly feels like hitting the lottery… help yourself and find else where for business…
