  I had a very disappointing experience with Enterprise. First, I rented a car, but it wasn’t there when I arrived. I had to go to another location to pick up the dirty vehicle, and it had a malfunctioning wiper. When I returned the vehicle, I added extra gas, but they still charged me.

  I had a reservation for a BMW 5 or 7 Series and arrived a bit early. The staff was extremely friendly and upfront that my car wasn’t ready yet, which was totally fine. While I was waiting, they called to let me know the vehicle had been returned with a damaged tire and they didn’t feel comfortable sending me out in it—especially for a road trip. I really appreciated that level of honesty and focus on my safety. They made a strong effort to find alternatives (offering options like a Wagoneer and Audi Q7), but I had my heart set on a luxury sedan and ultimately decided to cancel. Even though it didn’t work out, the customer service here was top tier. The team was attentive, transparent, and genuinely tried to make it right. I’d definitely try renting from this location again.
