Staff are EXCELLENT here; very easy in and out for your rental. I usually use Avis in Hoboken but having tried Enterprise I've been converted. I rented a Tahoe last week and car/experience was outstanding. Particularly want to call out Jonathan the manager there who is fantastic, professional and a great representative of the company. I didn’t end up renting from Abe, due to lack of stock in vehicles available. But I still felt compelled to leave a review because of how helpful and professional he was throughout the process. Even though I wasn’t his client, he took the time to answer my questions thoroughly, provide honest guidance, and point me in the right direction for what I was looking for in Hoboken.
It’s rare to come across someone who is genuinely willing to help without expecting anything in return. Abe was knowledgeable about the market, transparent, and respectful of my situation. His advice saved me time and helped me make a more informed decision.

Extremely disappointing experience with Enterprise. I was told there was no car available to swap, which is very hard to believe for a major car rental company. The lack of options and flexibility was frustrating and inconvenient. Poor communication and unreliable service made what should have been a simple rental unnecessarily stressful. I would not recommend this location based on my experience.
I’ve had to use this location three times in the past week due to a family emergency. The staff are really just wonderful. Attentive, friendly, and they really treat you like a person. It really goes to show that treating customers well is a choice lots of places COULD make. These people do.

I appreciate that someone on location typically calls me a couple days ahead of time to check in. Last week ahead of my rental I had actually been meaning to call them, so it was nice when they called me, and I didn’t have to go through a phone tree or anything like that. I had some questions about the car based on the upcoming snowstorm and the possibility of needing to delay my return. They were super cool and talked through everything with me. Same thing upon return. I’ve rented from this Enterprise location a handful of times previously, but a few months ago I rented with Sixt at Newark Airport at the suggestion of a friend. That was a mistake. Enterprise is just easier to deal with, and I appreciate the small personal touches that make me feel valued as a customer.
