Phil helped me and explained everything to me in detail without me being confused once. Danny and David worked on my car and it honestly feels AMAZING! You have no idea how bad it felt to drive before. As someone who is incredibly anxious and hates dealing with car problems, I promise you these guys make it a breeze. Thank you so much Phil & Ray!

One time was because a hose had separated from my engine, and the second time was I was having trouble getting my car to start. When I went to them because of the hose separation, Ray had it checked right away by his mechanic who said he could repair it. He did a most excellent repair job. Ray and his team were just as courteous when they checked out what was wrong why my car wasn’t starting as it should. I am exceedingly pleased with my experience with Mavis and feel very comfortable about taking my car there for whatever it needs. I would highly recommend their shop to anyone.

We also had concerns about pricing. Ray confirmed to us that he has been in charge for many months and personally assembled the current service team. Long story short, Ray won back our loyalty and restored our confidence in this location. Too often, customer service does not meet such high standards. Ray hit a home run and we left as very satisfied Mavis customers!

Updates in timely manner and just good people here overall. my mechanics were always very polite and no one seemed or was unfriendly. quite the opposite. Great staff and location. They managed to fix me in for an emergency situation and I really appreciate it. (shout out to my cool ponytailed mechanic that I forgot your name because I am bad with names) I'll be back for my thanks! Ray is phenomenal! thank you so much!
