Wasted my entire day since they did not have someone who could do a wheel alignment for a truck. Had an appt for 8am. Was told that the only person there was not experienced enough to do truck alignments. Was asked to come back at 10am. No problem, things happen. I came back at 10 and was told the person is not there yet and no one else can help, they will have to call me. My entire day has been wasted. Why bother having an appt then? I will not be going back in the future since I can't afford my time wasted like this.
