- DEDave E5 days ago2.0GRACIOUSLY leaving 2 stars just because Kevin was nice and they stayed late to get the job done. Just an abysmal experience. Talked to Ray about getting tires i purchased mounted and balanced, he said no problem, drop it off and leave the key in the drop box. Next day I call at 3:30 and my truck wasn't even touched, it was clearly parked out back and i was told everyone was wondering about it all day and no one even thought to check the overnight box. So then they tell me they cant do it as the tires are too big, meanwhile they have bigger tires sitting in their showroom. So I called corporate to determine how they would pay for my tow to another service center at which time the regional manager gets on the line isnt even apologetic and was honestly kind of a richard ensures me the mechanic, not the tire techs would get my truck done today. At this point Kevin calls me back says they can do the job and was told wrong by the guys in the back because "they were being lazy" so I say go ahead. I get to the shop at 6pm and my spare tire is still on the truck they state it was over torqued and show me some 18" garbage pittsburg breaker bar that was broken. At that point I tell them I put the spare on with a tire iron and it shouldn't be that difficult to get off. So they try a new air gun and low and behold the lug nuts come right off. Leads me to believe the regional manager fed me a line of BS about the mechanic would do the job. Doubt a mechanic would use a junk breaker bar or completely struggle to remove lug nuts put on by hand. So they stayed late finished my tires and so far everything seems OK. Was caught a little off guard as my original call I wasn't told about the tire disposal fee. Figure maybe theyd just eat that for my trouble, offer me a coupon, something. Didn't offer me a thing for the aggravation. Just an abysmal experience. I definitely wont be back, I suggest anyone else doesnt go either.

They plugged up my tire right in front of me. They took care of us so well. Never felt taken advantage of and they showed full transparency, which is rare in the car repair industry. They are definitely my go to from now on.

Showed up a few minutes prior to closing, and Ray and the team stayed well past closing time to replace my tire and had me back on the road a little more than an hour later. High quality, honest, knowledgeable and friendly service. Refreshingly positive customer service experience.
- JSJosh SmileyDec 19, 20251.0I would not recommend this place for SUVs and any type of truck. It would be fine for smaller SUVs and sedans. I have a Toyota tundra and needed 4 new tires. Along with that comes an alignment and balancing all. They replaced the 4 tires no issues, but told me after the fact that my truck was too big to align and/or balance my tires? I can understand that they couldn’t do it. But they should have told me that when I called and ordered the tires. The gentlemen told me he didn’t realize my tires and truck were big. I called beforehand and gave him my make/model/tire and rim size. You mean to tell me no one has ever brought a truck to your shop? They should have known this. I just wish they would have told me before installing, now I have to ride around with a bumpy steering wheel because I have 4 unbalanced tires and my truck isn’t aligned. Not having an alignment causes uneven wear on tires, which is awesome since I have 4 new ones.
