  I had such a fantastic experience at Mavis Discount Tire - Keyport that I felt compelled to share! I showed up with a sudden, urgent repair that needed immediate attention, and the entire team stepped up without hesitation. Holly at the front desk was absolutely wonderful — friendly, organized, and reassuring from start to finish. She made the whole process seamless and kept me informed every step of the way. The two gentlemen and young lady in the garage were true professionals. They worked quickly and efficiently while clearly knowing exactly what they were doing. It’s obvious they care about quality and safety. I also want to recognize the young blonde woman on the team who was incredibly courteous and attentive — her positive attitude and dedication to customer care really stood out. On top of the exceptional service, the pricing was very reasonable, especially considering it was a last-minute repair. Honest, dependable, and customer-focused — this location truly exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. Thank you again for making a stressful situation so much easier! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  I went to ShopRite to prepare for the snowstorm. I decided to try and get an oil change from Mavis while I was there. Bella was amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. She took my car right away and it was done and ready to go by the time I finished my shopping. Needless to say, I am a happy customer and will now use Mavis for all my vehicle needs. Thank you Bella! You are the best!!

  I needed a headlight and taillight replaced. For 2 days i was driving with no light. Today i went into Pep Boys in Hazlet and the receptionist was nasty and said she would not take her two guys away to help me. I went to Mavis nearby and a service man name Dyshon( Shawn) went upbove and beyond to help me get what i needed. thank you for excellent customer service and taking the time to help me. I will be back and hope Dyshon( Shawn ) helps me again.

  Please stay away from this establishment Andrew hung up on us and then threatened me when I went to talk about the treatment we received. when he called to explain what was wrong with the tire he couldn't even answer any questions we said well how do you think it happened? He goes oh good question. Rude nasty. I've never ever ever dealt with anything like this in my life and we've been going there for over 20 years. They have to close them down.

  I unfortunately ran over a screw over the weekend, so it should’ve been an easy fix. With how cold the weather was, and all of the issues many of us were having, it was not as simple of a fix as I thought. Every place I called was booked up for the day/weekend, to include the Mavis in Hazlet. But the staff there was nice enough to assist me, even though every bay was filled with in every tech working on something. They decided that it would be best to leave the tire so that they could plug it when possible. I then just had to pull off the wheel and throw on the spare. I left the wheel at the shop so that it can be plugged when they had time. They called me bright and early the next morning and had me in and out in 15 minutes. I have to say Andrew and James made my experience quick and painless, even though they were booked up for the entire weekend.
