- EREileen ReehilDec 20, 20255.0My headlight went out recently. Someone flashed me on my way to work last night. I went to AUTO ZONE in HAZLET the next morning. I came in with the wrong part number (for a high beam bulb). I needed a BASIC H11. JOAN double checked and sold me the low beam bulb. Then she opened my hood, installed the bulb, and checked the high and low beams along with the directionals. AWESOME WORK! If I could rate more than five stars, I would. JOAN is a great and dedicated employee and corrected me when I mentioned that I called this store on Route 36 by a competitor's name, to my mechanic. Sorry. HAPPY HOLIDAYS to all. This ole lady appreciates JOAN'S exquisite customer service, tremendous work ethic, and endurance to close the sale. JOAN sends her customers away HAPPIER than when they entered her realm.
