He went out of his way to inform me of the possible issue and to show me how it could be corrected by a spray or if the engine light continued to stay on I would order the censor. I would definetly recomend this saleperson again and use that auto zone in the future. It is also so nice to get the free diagnostric on my car to find out what the problem maybe.

He threw my receipt away in the trash. When I asked to take a picture of my receipt, he grew angry and asked why I need a picture. Told him you do not care since this is not your money. He grew more upset and asked me to leave. What a customer service! I promptly filed a compliant with customer care. This is how they treat their customers!

My husband had already attempted to get assistance before I went inside, which is what prompted me to ask for help myself. I explained that the wiper was not working and asked if someone could come outside to take a look. Instead of assisting me or even attempting to inspect it, she repeatedly went back and forth with me about how cold it was outside. After asking several times, her manager (Mark/Mike) eventually stepped in and was more helpful. However, when I explained the poor service I received from the first employee, he seemed uninterested and dismissive. Overall, the lack of customer service and concern was very frustrating.
