She efficiently gave me a quote over the phone and when I got there Jose helped me out with removing my old battery and installing the new one! My old truck hood doesn't stay open but that didn't stall Jose! He got something to hold up the hood and replaced my battery in maybe 20 minutes. Very thankful they worked so well with me as I had to get to work but they made an issue feel like an errand! Thank you SO MUCH Jose and Heather!
