  I would highly recommend the Enterprise location in Hawthorne. The customer service representative was friendly, professional, and extremely helpful. He took the time to thoroughly review all available options, ensuring a smooth and pleasant rental experience.

  I like renting from Enterprise. I’ve always rented from Enterprise. But they really need to step it up with the cars—and this isn’t just one location, this has been my experience across multiple locations. The Malibu I had clearly needed a wheel alignment—once I hit over 60 on the highway, the whole front of the car started shaking. It also needed brakes. On top of that, the car wasn’t properly cleaned inside or out, and the windshield wipers barely worked. And while I get that renters are responsible for gas, it would be nice if the car at least came with some gas in it to start. At the end of the day, when people are renting, we’re expecting something decent—something equivalent to what we drive ourselves. I drive a full-size car that’s well taken care of and everything works properly, so that’s the standard I expect. Not something that feels like it hasn’t been maintained.

  The staff were polite & very helpful. They followed up with calls and informed me of any updates when it was required. My reason for renting was because my car had to be repaired due to an unfortunate accident. As frustrating that experience was, I am glad Enterprise made it a smoother process. It was a pleasure and I will definitely use them in the future & recommend to others. Thank you for all your help.

  Service was great, service manager was polite and helpful. My rental was setup through my NJM auto insurance because I had to get my vehicle fixed.

Not only did he work with me to reduce unexpected fees, but he also personally ensured I had a ride home something he absolutely didn’t have to do, but chose to out of genuine care for the customer experience. Manuel is the definition of leadership: calm under pressure, solution-driven, and truly committed to helping people. He made a stressful situation feel manageable and turned it into a positive experience. It’s clear he takes pride in his role and in taking care of his customers. Enterprise is fortunate to have someone like Manuel leading their branch.
