The employee went above and beyond to help offering to either drive me to another branch with available cars or personally take me to my next stop while they secured one for me. Luckily, I still had a vehicle to get where I needed to go in the meantime. When I returned, he surprised me with a Mazda Miata. It was small, but I’d always been curious about how it drives and thanks to Enterprise, I finally got to experience the fun that so many Miata owners talk about. It was definitely a different and more memorable experience than your typical rental.
