    Yomi helped process my rental nice & smoothly through post car-accident stress! I also want to note that not every employee I encountered was as helpful. One employee (Caucasian, light eyes) was unpleasant and dramatic. He told me there were 15 rentals before mine, which I later found wasn’t true. I had a rental reserved for pickup the weekend before, but coming in later, the originally saved car wasn’t held — I was fine with a different car, but this seemed to frustrate him. On top of that, when I declined the $20 insurance, he made a visible note on the iPad to document I was responsible for my decision, which felt unnecessary. I returned the next day to pick up my rental; he saw me, walked away without alerting anyone else, and continued to act unhelpfully. While his behavior was frustrating, Yomi handled everything professionally, politely, and efficiently. Yomi made the rental process smooth and stress-free — especially valuable given my post-accident situation. Highly recommend Yomi for excellent customer service!
