  Came in for a wheel alignment and a mounting for a rim replacement. Told the receptionist the new rim was on the passenger seat before leaving. When I came back to pick up my car the new rim was not even balanced and I still got charged for the service. I came back 2 days later on my day off and was standing at the front desk for over 20 minutes and no one helped me. I could see from the window everyone was just socializing and would take glances and see me standing and waiting. A worker came by with an attitude towards me and was passive aggressive the whole time. After I left the lot and drove off I saw in the rear mirror that one of the workers flipped me off. Not sure what I did to deserve this treatment but I hope no one else experiences this treatment. Very disappointed because this has been my go to tire shop for 4 years. Try another shop with competent workers.

  Came to Mavis to get my tire plugged. The service time was reasonable and I appreciated the guys that serviced my car and the front desk. Thank you!

  Amazing Team ! Not only are they efficient but also very professionals and detailed. They do the job and only what is needed. You will not be over charge for services or repairs you don't need. I had a nail in my tire, they just repaired it in few minutes and didn't try to make me change the tire. I highly recommend.
