I called and spoke to someone at the front desk at about 5pm and he was kind enough to leave the gate open for me so my car would be safe and it could be towed. The next morning I called when they opened at 8am and Rudy at the front desk answered and was so kind and understanding. I brought my keys to the shop, went to Dunkin, came back and James the mechanic had plugged the hole in my tire in less than 20 minutes. Everyone was very nice, super friendly, fast and efficient. I definitely recommend this shop if you need your car serviced or need some support with your tires like I did. Thank you guys so much, your kindness was much appreciated!

First of all, my car had 75k miles on it and they noted on the windshield sticker to come back for my next oil change at 148k miles. Odd. Second of all, my tire pressure light on the dashboard was on, so I asked them to check my tire pressure and they did not. This month I have been noticing a burning smell coming from my engine. It turns out that there is no oil cap on my engine! Now oil has leaked all over my engine and I need to pay to get it fixed.
