Only one of my head lights was replaced and the passenger low beam just went out I got pulled over last night. Luckily just a warning but the bulbs but out in pairs I assumed both headlights were replaced but apparently not.

They made me sit around for over an hour, only to come out and tell me my tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS) sensor was not working anymore. It worked fine when I brought the 2019 Ford Explorer in. They charged me $100 to replace a sensor they broke. This was on top of the $100 to mount and balance the tires, over $200 and 2 hours simply to have 2 tires mounted and balanced. This was the 2nd bad experience me and my family had here; fool me once…. Horrible place and I plan on reporting them the better Business Bureau.

I waited 33mins, my vehicle was not touched and I left. "The appt doesn't guarantee we'll start working at that time". Stay away, go to Al and Rich's. I waited 2mins and got in for a oil change.
