  There are 4 chargers in total but only two of them work. After figuring out which charger work I was able to charge successfully.

  Three visits out of four these machines are inoperable they are always down. Don't bother calling all they will do is reboot the machine and delay you another 15 minutes for it to not work. Worst experience at a charging station I've ever had. The previous time I had a bad experience I was charged 99 cents 15 different times trying to connect and reconnect. Do not ever plan on visiting this location especially if you are low on power.

  It charged me $40 dollars for 10 percent of charge based on the screen. When I started driving it was reading the same percent I had before. No receipt given on the machine.

  There are 4 ports in all. 2 of them don’t work. The other 2, only 1 will charge at a time. Called customer service and they said this does happen and we just have to wait for the other car to finish charging. Would give this charging port a negative if I could. It is unreliable and customer service is no help. Between wait time of other vehicles and charging time we have been sitting in this plaza for over 2 hours to get vehicle finally charged. And each time the kw would continuously fluctuate down to 1 Or even stop. Each time it stopped, I had to end the session which I was charged for each time i had to restart. Unacceptable! Don’t waste your time or stress yourself out with this station.
