  The representative Drew at the Robbinsville location was incredibly helpful. I was put into a pick up truck at another location because that’s all they had. For days I tried to get switched out to another more suitable vehicle and all the locations would have vehicles but would not help me. Drew was the only one that was willing to help me. Went out of his way to help me. I highly recommend going to this location and dealing specifically with Drew.

  I spent enough time explaining to every available person at the branch and headquarters. Several attempts to fix my issue. Not one person called me back. It was the worst experience ever. I will roller skate before I use your establishment. After about 10 attempts to dispute the charges I received a refund for the charges to my account that they withdrew without my knowledge and never sent a receipt for the charges as well.

  Customer Service was impeccable. Vehicle was clean, dependable and comfortable. Pricing was reasonable. I did have to purchase windshield washer fluid due to the impending bad weather and excessive road brine but being able to see clearly made the $6.00 investment worthwhile.
