    The price that was quoted over the phone is different from the whole total bill.it happened also to the customer before me . The service technician was honest and nice and did a good job.They said the one who answers the phone is from a different country... you will be loosing a lot of customer for that service... I am not coming back... Sorry...

    Steve is an honest person and he takes pride in what he does. I only go this facility (even though) there closer ones to my home because of diligence and honesty of Steve.

    Many years ago on a road trip we had a breakdown. Managed to find a Monroe. They went above and beyond to get the parts from another town so they could get us back on the road. They opened one near our home and we have been going there since because of their expertise and dedication to good customer service. We are confident in their work and honesty.
