- BRBrenda ReevesDec 19, 20255.0I usually go to AutoZone because it’s just a mile up from my home, but for some reason, the doors were locked when they were supposed to be open and I want about 2 miles up the road to advanced auto in Hamilton New Jersey. I went in and was greeted by a young woman who seemed very energetic and ask what I needed. I Knew I needed wipers, but had no idea how to search for the exact kind that would fit my car. She was kind enough to find these wipers that I needed and Also went and got them from where they were and brought them to the counter. I was talking about my windshield wiper fluid as well and she showed me a wiper fluid that would not ice up during the winter so I purchased that as well. As I finish paying for my items, she was following me at the door and I thought she was just going to open the door for me, but she walked me out to my car and help me put my blades on my car. I can tell you because of this girl Jaimie‘s customer service I will no longer visit AutoZone, advanced auto is now my go to for any of my car needs. If you can, please give her a pad on the back and tell her that’s a woman she helped really appreciated her I would greatly appreciate it.

I went in there to pick up a paid online order with my partner a couple weeks ago, and the younger male working there made fun of my last name to my face while staring at my order on the screen and asking his coworker if they'd even gotten an online order. Are you serious? Fast forward to a couple of days ago, my partner goes in there with a coupon and is WRONGLY told by the "older man" that it has to be redeemed online. My partner had a screenshot OF THE COUPON that had INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE EMPLOYEE TO USE IN STORE. The inability to read and confidence in being wrong is mind blowing. We will never return to this location and I will be requesting that the company removes all of my and his information from their system. I wouldn't trust any of them with cleaning literal poop from their own parking lot, let alone that they can competently sell me car supplies. You're better off going to Advance Auto near Aldi - better service, newer building, MUCH better parking lot.
