I called to order a tire since I was driving on a spare, and the woman who answered said they could order it but that they would not have it until the following day. I decided to stop in on my way home and Zach was at the counter. I explained to him that I had just called and that I wanted to pay for the tire (in advance) in full. I received a phone call less than two hours later and they said my car was done. I thought they were confused, and that they had called the wrong person. But they told me that Zach actually sent one of the mechanics to go pick up the tire so that I didn't have to wait a full day. They literally had my tire picked up, changed, and called me to pick up my car within 2 hours! That is what I call SUPERIOR service! Honestly amazing that Zach asked the gentleman to go and pick it up. I was completely impressed!!! A+ Customer Service at it's finest.
