So I go again same location same staff & I ask what they can do for me help me out with a discount on a new tire Because it's ridiculous that not even a month has passed and both "brand new tires " go bad the staff at the desk said that i should've got a warranty...does that get me a new tire nope only check if they can repair it which they couldn't they can't so I told them put my spare tire back on & took my business some place else the mavis discount tires in Lawrence rt 1 next to QB mall much better costumer service helped me out with a new tire gave me a discount because I told him my issue & he saw on his computer how much I've already spent on tires & god bless him for that he didn't have to do that never will I go back to this location for any work on my car or family members car horrible service really felt scammed who else had same issues ?

Mike was so kind and took the time to actually have a conversation with me while Angel helped me with my tire that had a nail in it, however I did end up needing a new tire, but he went out of his way to fix part of my bumper and really helped me out. I was so stressed and they made the whole situation so much easier. I left feeling relieved and taken care of. Thank you both so much for your help and kindness. I truly appreciate it!
