- AAAndrewFeb 11, 20265.0Would be well over 5 stars if possible. 2 things, been in customer service forever so I'm critical of what I see elsewhere. With the economy and businesses closing right and left makes it even more important. There are arguments for both sides between customer service and it's employees. Every customer these days is important. I needed a new car battery so called ahead and the employee I spoke to on the phone was very genuine and thorough considering my business was turned away at a competitor because it was "too cold" to assist in putting a battery in. Got the assistance I needed here from the first step in the door was told all the details as he went along and made sure it worked before I left. Customer 4 life quick and painless. Trying to make a good habit of sharing positive reviews more 👍👍👏👌
