- MOMiguel ObandoDec 21, 20251.0On Thursday 12/18/25 I decided to go to this autozone cause it was around the area I’ve been a loyalty customer since it was build I needed a new battery for my car I swap it twice because there battery has been low voltage and they didn’t wanted to give me a good battery until I was told to try a different autozone and they test the battery that I was given by RT.33 and battery results showed it Bad Battery!!! So why sale bad batteries to paying customers?? SCAM!!!

He took 1.5 hours to install the battery and once he couldn't do it, he called someone else who fixed it in 5 minutes. He also dropped his socket in my car and told me that they can't get it out and it will just drop off eventually. Overall, very bad experience.
