  We experienced a medical emergency which requiredan overnight stay a a hospital. We called enterprise to let them know what happened, and that we would be about 12 hour late returning the car. They were empathetic, and said that we would not be charged anything extra due to an unforseen event. When we dropped the vehicle off in Pittsburgh, they charged us an extra 200.00!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I WILL NEVER RENT FROM YOU AGAIN, AND I AM TELLING EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED.

  I gave Enterprise rent a car 5 stars because the staff made my rental a joy, the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

  The proprietor and staff were kind and helpful; the service excellent, and the hybrid Camry I’d rented in top condition.
