Disappointed that there was a piece of molding missing under where the inspection sticker is. I called the tech and he said it was already missing. The area exposed is shiny clean free of dirt and rust. No leave debris and such. Shouldn't be so clean if it was missing for any period of time. Had to go to the Toyota dealership to order this part at my expense. My advice is to be present during installation.

When I went outside to look at the progress, I was amazed at how much work goes into a windshield replacement, especially on a large pickup truck like mine. The technician, Javier, was courteous, friendly and professional. He texted me when he was finished and explained how long to leave the tape on and how long to wait before going through a car wash. He also explained the warranty, which unfortunatly does not cover another tree limb falling on my truck. :)

We didn't take pictures of the window prior to the repairs because we didn't plan to go through our insurance. Our insurance doesn't want to pay due to a lack of photos of the damage.
