I took a chance going there early on a Saturday to get it resolved really had zero expectations since i’ve experienced long waits, overpricing, and overall headache in the past. Not only did the staff get me in within the hour, but were also very thorough and made reasonable recommendations that made sense. The young woman at the front desk sealed the deal for me! Not many people are actually nice at these types of establishments and certainly not before 12pm. Would definitely recommend and will be coming back for future needs!

The employees were very friendly, including Bryan, Tom and Joe. They put on a new tire immediately and didn’t try to upsell us anything fancy. We were in and out of the tire store in 45 minutes. We highly recommend them.

- CCcristian1180Oct 31, 20251.0Stay far away from this place as possible, it’s an all day thing if your a national accounts holder (wheels, Leaseplan, etc) takes them forever to process paperwork and get approval for a simple tire change, left the car around 11am, came back to check on it around 1230pm, staff at Mavis says their waiting on approval, no problem I call wheels on my end and they state paperwork was submitted 20min ago, Jesus that is pure laziness! Time is valuable, don’t get me wrong, very nice people here but I’m not going there to have a party and make friends, just need efficient and reliable service done on my car for work
