He always has a very clean car and brand new one ready to go for me. He is amazing and so is his staff. I recommend this place for all your rental needs.
- TVTracy VaydaDec 1, 20251.0I’d like to start off by saying I’ve rented a car previously with Matt & my experience was great. Now for my 2nd time renting I had requested & reserved a rental online. My car had broke down, I then had to Uber to Enterprise. Just to be told “I have no cars besides a ford pickup” which would’ve ended up costing me more money if I agreed. I didn’t take it. The response of the worker there was very careless to my situation & did absolutely nothing to rectify the issue caused. I was then left stranded in the parking lot scrambling around to find myself a new rental. As I said this employee was very careless and did nothing to help me. So I essentially wasted money even getting to the enterprise to begin with. I then got a hold of the basking ridge location where I was helped instantly & apologize. I had this rental for 9 days- I called the basking ridge location and asked them if it was ok if I brought the rental back before they close instead of the original time of 1pm. The lady said it was no issue and I specifically asked if I would be charged for returning it a few hours later and I was told no. They weren’t in. Hurry for the car because no one requested it. So okay I drop the car off. The same guy who didn’t help me from the beginning does he once over of the car and tells me it’s like $10-$15 short on gas. I looked at him like are you kidding me after what I went thru, wasting money Ubering. Tell me how my $300 deposit still was never returned to be and as of right now they’re returning $211. I’ve already contacted headquarters regarding this since he was so careless of the situation at hand & then proceeds to take money from me without my consent. If anything they owe me Ubering to “reserve” a rental. Not a good look at all. Do better.
