  Enterprise car rental is great I just think that if you traveling in and out of Jersey you should have an option to have a car with EZpass tags to avoid confusion and EZ pass fees

  I would like to preface that this is the absolute worst location I have ever had the displeasure of trying to conduct business with. I have been using Enterprise Rent-A-Car for like 15 years. Never have I ever been refused a rental by using a debit card. This was not a lux model, it was a standard SUV. As per the company policy, a debit card may be used if the address of the renter and their license matches, is within 50 miles of the location, and you have either a utility bill or declaration of insurance from your auto insurance company. I have used my debit card for many rentals over the years, and have never been turned away for this at the Rockaway location. Made reservation online initially, checked in, clerk immediately said they will need to take other customers ahead of me because reservation was made same day. Fine, but then when I needed confirmation for something else, I was practically rushed out the door. I understand this was a Saturday, but if you have the funds, take my damned money. Gross experience, would leave zero starts if possible. I refuse to ever do business with this location ever again. 0/10 do not recommend. Go to other locations if you would like to rent a car, be treated like a human, and go to a location that actually knows the company’s policies.

  Casey or Kasey was very personable checking me in. The car was great (Chevy Equinox). And I got a ride home from Chris. Great experience!!
